Things you should to know about DIPPING manicure
DIPPING manicure is trending in the nail industry right now, 95% of nail salons in the world are using DIPPING manicure to generate income for their nail salon, so how to create a durable and beautiful DIPPING manicure. Below I will guide you through the basic steps of DIPPING manicure.
1- Clean the foundation and cuticles of the nails
For a long lasting and beautiful DIPPING manicure you should not skip this step.
- Use the cuticle pusher to push back the cuticles located on the nail surface,

- Use a sanding buffer carefully on the nail surface to create grip and clean the oil on the nail surface.
2- Steps to DIP and how to use DIPPING LIQUID properly:
- I think every NailTech has their own way, and this is my way with over 8 years of NAIL experience to give DIP sets 3 to 4 weeks long. (DIPPING SYSTEM)
- The first step I use DIPPING LIQUID No. 1 (Step 1- Prep Liquid) for a thin layer on the surface of the nail, to clean the nail surface.https://nailsdeep.com/product/dipping-liquid-prep-primer-0-5-oz/
- As a second step I recommend separating the powder (DIPPING POWDER) into a small glass to ensure hygiene for your customers.
- Next step I used DIPPING LIQUID number 2 (Step 2- Base) applied with powder (DIPPING POWDER).https://nailsdeep.com/product/dipping-liquid-base-0-5-oz/
- First I use a very thin layer of DIPPING LIQUID number 2, sweep 70% onto the surface of the nail from the nail bar, then DIP a thin layer of DIPPING BASE POWDER (Base/Clear POWDER), creating a natural surface nail. (Clean the remaining powder around the nail surface of each DIP)
- Then I reapply a very thin layer of DIPPING LIQUID #2, sweep 90% onto the surface of the nail, and then DIP into the powder (DIPPING POWDER COLOR) onto the nail surface.
- Then I reapply a very thin layer of DIPPING LIQUID #2, brush 100% onto the nail surface, then DIP into the powder (DIPPING POWDER COLOR) onto the nail surface.
- Next I use DIPPING LIQUID number 3 (Step 3- Activator) to dry the powder (DIPPING POWDER), “I recommend using a sufficient dose to avoid breaking or cracking nails in a short time”.https://nailsdeep.com/product/dipping-liquid-activator/
- After the powder is dry I will file the shape then I use Cuticle Clean DRILL BIT to clean the cuticle area, and use Fine DRILL BIT to smooth the nail surface.https://nailsdeep.com/product/small-carbide-barrel-bit-with-chamfer-on-top-f/
- After cleaning the nail surface and cuticle I apply a thin layer of DIPPING LIQUID number 3 to the nail surface and wait 10 seconds before applying DIPPING LIQUID number 4 (Step 4- Top)
